Delete your MARCADORx account and data

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data stored by MARCADORx (predictions, favourites, profile linked to sign-in, and push notification tokens).

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the address linked to your Google account (if you signed in with Google) to:

2. Use the subject line: MARCADORx account deletion request
3. Include:
   • Your display name in the app (if any)
   • Whether you signed in with Google or as a guest
   • Any extra detail that helps us locate your account

What we delete

• Your Firestore user document and related app data (predictions, favourites, settings).
• Firebase Authentication record where applicable.
• Push notification registration for your device.

Aggregated or anonymised analytics, and data we must keep for legal obligations, may be retained for a limited period.

Processing time

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email when deletion is done.
